Barry Nelson Presents at the Florida Bar
30th Annual RPPTL Legislative and Case Law Update Seminar

Barry A. Nelson, Florida Bar Certified in Taxation and Wills, Trusts and Estates, of Nelson & Nelson, P.A. located in North Miami Beach, Florida, presented a Legislative Update at the Florida Bar 30th Annual RPPTL Legislative and Case Law Update Seminar in Palm Beach, Florida on August 6, 2010. The presentation included a discussion of the revisions to Florida Statutes Section 736.0505 and Inter Vivos QTIP Planning.

Barry A. Nelson practices estate planning, probate, asset protection and tax law. He is a president of Nelson & Nelson, P.A. located in North Miami Beach, Florida and serves as Chairman of the Asset Protection committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He served three years as the founding chairman of the Asset Preservation Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and as an Adjunct Professor, teaching an estate tax workshop, at the University of Miami School of Law LLM program from 1998 until 2009.
